Good morning all,

First post in a while.

I love Koch products and all I have tried so far are brilliant.

Anyone tried Protector Wax? Looking for something for a quick maintenance protection to replace Sonax Spray and Seal.

Thanks Rob

Protector Wax

Koch-Chemie ProtectorWax is an innovative, high-tech, conserving wax which sets new standards in matters of protection and durability. It provides an extreme deep gloss, long-term water repellency (lotus effect), easy-to-clean performance, and vehicle drying without micro-beading. Polyfunctional reactive components and high quality care components, which bond with the surface as a network, guarantees a long-lasting, high-gloss protection for paintwork and improved visibility on glass during rain (beading).

With regular use, ProtectorWax improves the gloss and protection layer, covers fine scratches on rubber and plastic parts, and protects soft-top convertible fabrics from fading. The combination of these features contributes to the maintenance and overall appearance of your vehicle.

ProtectorWax achieves excellent drying even with high conductance values of the service water and with difficult fan geometries. Contains no mineral oil hydrocarbons.

Can be used as hot, cold, or foam wax (mechanically and manually). Apply with dosing pump (undiluted or in a ratio of up to 1:2).

If you are after a Wetcoat style product then Glatt, Beneficia, Wetcoat are a few options - did you want to use it through a lance or just spray it ?

To be honest a it of variety doesn't hurt. It would be nice and easy to use the lance but also diluted in a bottle maybe!
Spray and Seal produces very satisfying beading is this on the same level?

Thanks Rob

Any issues with getting it on the windscreen ??
No problems Andyblue. I think PW doesn’t have to be removed from glass, but as I have a sealant on there already I don’t spray the windscreen.

Can you use this in a spray bottle or pump sprayer? Need something like this to keep up the protection on my wheels.
Probably but you need to activate with a pressure washer. Foam on and high pressure removal.
